I first discovered the Noahide movement through the Vendyl Jones website about 8 years ago. After I finally figured out why he didn't just convert (!) and that there was a different path for Gentiles it was like having a huge weight lifted off my shoulders! No more guilt! I had not realized how much guilt and fear was involved in Xtianity until I left it.
I am a home-school mom with a 7-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. We live in the Seattle (Washington State) area and I have decided to organize a regional Noahide group for the purposes of sharing resources and providing group educational opportunities. I have to admit that I do not feel qualified to teach adult classes, although I am more than happy to arrange and organize. I am currently collecting names/etc. so that I have an idea of what sort of classes/activities people are interested in. I only have two families, including me, so far!
If you are in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho, please contact me and I will try and network people who are closest to each other . . . I am hoping that activities will be able to include social events as well as learning opportunities, for both kids and adults.
